2026 French Artist-in-Residence Roy Köhnke | Open Studio

The artist will open his on-site workspace at The Choi Centre Cloud House to the public. He will share the trajectory of his recent practice, ongoing artworks, and how he has forged new dialogues between daily life, materials and painterly language amid his new surroundings in China.

This encounter is not centered upon finished artworks.

What you will encounter may be incomplete brushstrokes, evolving structural forms, or ideas still undergoing repeated refinement.
