Beijing, November 3, 2024 – A distinguished French delegation, led by H.E. Eva Nguyen Binh, President of the Institut français, visited the Cloud House yesterday as part of a mission to advance Franco-Chinese cultural relations. The delegation included key members of Institut français, Marie-Cecile Burnichon, Deputy Director of Culture, and Jean-Philippe Rousse, Director of Communications and Sponsorship, along with prominent French media representatives, including Roxana Azimi of Le Monde, Baudoin Eschapasse of Le Point, and Olivier Celik of L’Oeil. They were joined by Nicolas Pillerel, Minister Counselor for Cultural, Educational, and Scientific Affairs at the French Embassy in China, Aude Brunel from the Embassy’s cultural division, and French artist Jules Lagrange. The delegation recognized the Cloud House as an iconic site of high-level Sino-French cooperation, providing an ideal platform for discussions on advancing cultural ties.
